At Gurugram Global Heights School, we believe in blending academics with hands-on learning experiences. In line with this vision, our young learners from Grades I to V embarked on a memorable educational field trip to the Amul Factory in Haryana from 14th to 16th May 2025.
From the moment the students stepped into the facility, their eyes lit up with curiosity. Guided by industry experts and Amul personnel, the children witnessed the fascinating journey of milk — from sourcing at farms to its transformation into packaged dairy products. Watching state-of-the-art machines, observing the pasteurization process, and understanding cold chain logistics — every moment brought textbooks to life.
The trip was not only about machinery and production lines. Students were shown informative videos, participated in interactive sessions, and got to understand the scale, efficiency, and hygiene standards that make Amul a household name in India. They even had moments of fun and relaxation, capturing memories with friends and teachers.
This experiential learning opportunity enabled our children to grasp:
